New Zealand Society of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Annual Scientific Meeting (2016)
On behalf of the Organising Committee, I can only give you my greatest thanks for your superb organisational skills. I cannot think of anything that you could have done better Donna. Well done!
Mr Chris Thomson
Convenor, NZSOHNS Annual Scientific Meeting 2016

New Zealand Pain Society (2016)
"Workz4U have organised our Annual Scientific Meetings for several years. The last meeting was in New Plymouth in April 2016. I worked closely with Donna for the 2015 meeting in Auckland and we are currently planning the March 2017 meeting in Nelson.

Donna has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She is very organised, flexible and she understands the needs of the New Zealand Pain Society well. We have a different Conference convenor each year and the level of knowledge in the organising committee is variable. Workz4U has provided a stable platform between these changes. The meetings occur in different cities and Donna has shown a diversity of connections to ensure that this has never been an issue.

I recommend Workz4U with no reservations and am very appreciative of the work that Donna has done to make each of our meetings an enjoyable experience that has felt easy to organise. We have also had feedback from international speakers that they have found Workz4U exceptional and that they feel our conferences have been extremely well organised and a pleasure to attend."

"The conference was wonderful providing delegates with an ideal opportunity to network and learn in a collegial environment. Heartiest congratulations on organising the event – things ran so smoothly and we all know that only happens when a great deal of work goes into planning. You and your team created such a warm and friendly atmosphere while not losing the professionalism. As a speaker I felt well informed and ‘cared’ for every step of the way. Absolutely outstanding! New Zealand Association of Clinical Research Conference (2011, 2012)
"Workz4U has been the conference managing company of choice by the New Zealand Association of Clinical Research (NZACRes) annual conference organising committee for the past two years.

The level of professionalism and organisation displayed by Donna throughout the entire process has been outstanding. Her knowledge of the New Zealand landscape provided invaluable insights for us in making informed decisions about all aspects of the conference. There was no task too big or daunting that was not positively managed and resolved. This allowed us on the organisation committee to focus on working on getting the best possible programme together. When it came to the functional and logistical aspects of the conference, Donna always offered up options and displayed a degree of flexibility that was outstanding. In addition, she is an extremely pleasant person who is extremely easy to work with and clearly listens to and understands our needs.

For us on the organising committee, it was also a relief not to have to worry about any organisation aspect of the conference on the day. Donna and her team efficiently and professionally managed the registration of the delegates, ensured speakers has their presentations into the AV system, provided all necessary information to the exhibitors and handled any ‘spot emergencies’.

The organisational feedback that we have received from the delegates and exhibitors has been overwhelmingly positive."

Day Surgery Nurses’ Conference (2012)
"A BIG thank you to Donna Clapham and her team at Workz4U Conference Management, we have nothing but praise for you. We set Donna and her team a very difficult task. Given only 6 months to organise the Day Surgery Nurses inaugural conference, they achieved an incredible outcome. Quite a feat considering the time constraints! From the initial help from the graphics department, to assisting with obtaining industry support, to setting up the on-line registration & banking, the handling of speakers and abstracts, the printing of the conference handbook right through to the final day of the event, Donna and her team took all the worry off our shoulders. Donna’s skills with organising and communicating with the conference committee were always prompt and professional. We could never have achieved this high quality event without her help. We have a tentative booking for another conference to be held in Nelson in 2014 and we look forward to working with her and her team again."

'Day Surgery Nurses' Inaugural Conference 2012

New Zealand ANZICS Regional Conference (2011)
"As the nurse manager of the Department of Critical Care Medicine at Auckland City Hospital, and one of the members of the conference organising committee, I am well able to comment on the fantastic job done by Donna Clapham and her team at Workz4U, as our conference organiser for 2011.

We knew Donna was the conference company for us when she said there are three most important things to have a successful conference. An interesting program, good food and an efficient AV system. Our committee and Donna worked together to develop a very clear timeline and all the way through we met those deadlines with a bit of nudging from Donna. Donna kept the minutes of all meetings, and gave us very clear outlines of what we all needed to do along with copies of all the minutes.

Donna and her team were responsive to our requests, the venue was fantastic, the food great and no problems with the AV system! This was a very successful conference, and Donna and her team played a huge part in that success.

I would recommend Workz4U to anyone planning a conference anywhere in New Zealand."

New Zealand Society of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery Annual Scientific Meeting (2010)
"I wish to formally thank you for your efforts in organising our New Zealand Society of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Annual Scientific Meeting in Paihia in March 2010.

The conference was a great success and much of this hinges on the careful planning and smooth running of the various academic programs and social events. You and your team at Workz4U did a very professional job in this regard and this was much appreciated.

There were no significant problems and given our venue limitations all the feedback that I have seen has been positive. There was a good balance of academic presentations, workshops, live operating sessions, RACS endorsed workshops, sporting activities and interesting dinner venues with excellent menus.

Thank you very much for everything that you put into the meeting to make it such a success. I hopefully look forward to seeing you as our conference organiser in the future."

Bren Dorman, President, NZ Society of Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery

"I would like to say a big thank you for giving me the privilege to speak on your national meeting. I was most impressed by the turn out and the very well organised sessions; as well as the social activities. I and my wife Dawn were very touched by your warm friendship and outstanding hospitality. If you could manage to clone Donna I would love to have a copy please. She is absolutely outstanding in her job!"
