After having gained a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Auckland, Donna has spent the past 18 years creating, organising and managing events, conferences and exhibitions for the corporate world. She has also managed conferences for the medical industry whilst with MTANZ and The Conference Company based in Auckland; along with other not for profit associations such as The Telecommunications Users Association and The Direct Marketing Association. Donna has organised and managed some large scale social events such as Sovereign Insurance's Christmas Function for 1,000 guests, three years in a row in conjunction with Steve Dean Design. Donna started Workz4U in 2006 with business partner Donna Vincent who has extensive experience in project management and administration.
